Iwra of England, Abbess of Kent (?985 - October 18, 1053) was the daughter of King Alfred of England and Queen Agatha . She remained unmarried throughout her entire life, instead taking her vows at the Women's Abbey of Kent.


Little is known about Iwra's life. She was raised with her siblings, Alfred, Goda and Edgard. Despite living in England to serve as Abbess of Kent, she is not considered to have played an influential role in her brother, Edgard's reign. Iwra died on October 18, 1053.
